ADHD Guide to Fueling: Love Your Brain: Embracing the Challenges of Eating Well with ADHD using Creative Fueling Strategies
ADHD can make everyday tasks like eating regularly feel frustrating and confusing. You might forget to eat, feel overwhelmed by meal prep, or find yourself eating for reasons other than hunger. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you’re definitely not doing anything wrong.
Led by registered dietitian Sarah Skobeloff, MS, RDN, LDN, this class explores how ADHD impacts hunger cues, meal timing, and energy regulation. You’ll learn the 4 main reasons why you may seek food beyond the reasons of hunger and learn practical strategies that works with your brain, not against it.
We’ll cover identifying hunger cues (beyond a growling stomach), building flexible routines without hours of planning, and reducing mealtime stress. You’ll walk away with 7 strategies to nourish yourself consistently and confidently without comparison, guilt, or a diet mindset.
This class is for anyone with ADHD who feels stuck around food, wants more structure without rigidity, and is ready to explore a more supportive, realistic way to fuel their body and neurodivergent brain.
