This group was created to help first time homebuyers or any buyers/sellers/investors set themselves up for success & learn the tips and tricks needed in this competitive real estate market! It has never been more important to be educated on this process and learn the hacks! Tom and Ronan Higgins are Realtors in the Philadelphia Area and they host regular homebuyer seminars at the Conshohocken Free Library. Tom has 35+ years of experience as a top producing Realtor in the Greater Philly Area and has MUCH to share! No cost to attend the events & all are welcome. At every event, we have a mortgage lender to explain that side of things and answer questions. We also always have snacks, drinks and raffle off a valuable giveaway to make things exciting at the end! These events are also great networking and socializing opportunities, giving everyone a chance to meet and connect with other locals! Very casual and welcoming setting.
