BVSSH Book Club - Culture Map by Erin Meyer

Dear BVSSH community members,

After the success of our Book Club in 2023, a group of us decided that we wanted to continue the shared learning.

Our Ways of Working Agreements
- To meet quarterly to discuss an agreed book. (The whole book!)
- Everyone who comes to the book club has read the book and is prepared to explore the learnings/insights.
- Every time we meet, we will have 1 hour of discussion and then 15 mins for Book Club members to pitch their recommendation for the next book.
- Book Club members will vote and agree on the next book for the next quarter.

Format of the discussion
We will be guided by 2 questions:
1. What were your impressions of the book? Any key quotes/concepts that stood out to you and why?
2. What would you try differently based on what you have learned?
