Jon is CEO and Co-Founder of Sooner Safer Happier. Jon is a business agility practitioner, thought leader, and coach. Jon has been an agile and lean practitioner since the early 1990s. Jon helps large organisations deliver better value sooner, safer and happier through better ways of working. He is the lead author of the award-winning and bestselling 'Sooner Safer Happier: Patterns and Antipatterns for Business Agility'.

Myles Ogilvie
Myles has led, supported, and coached for new ways of working in traditional organisations for many years. He builds transparency, improves collaboration, and enables outcomes that deliver better value sooner safer happier. Myles applies lean and agile principles to risk management in the product development process and is a passionate advocate of patterns that help foster a safer, leaner, and more innovative controls culture.

Maria Muir
Maria co-founded and leads the Asia-Pacific region for SSH, where she builds the movement through storytelling, community building, and advisory. She has worked with more than ten ASX 200 companies, enabling them to become adaptable, innovative, and customer centric. She is passionate about disrupting the status quo and delivering value sooner, safer, and happier. Maria works at the intersection of strategy, operating models, lean portfolio management, delivery, ways of working, culture, data and technology.
