Narmada Natarajaperumal is the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Transformation for Cybersecurity and Financial Crime at Standard Chartered Bank. She specialises in portfolio and programme management, transformation delivery, delivery excellence, and lean governance, helping large organisations to accelerate flow of work and value.
Narmada has held senior roles across portfolio analytics and enterprise portfolio management, using data and insights to strengthen investment decision-making, governance and change delivery. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teams move beyond tracking activity to make clearer portfolio decisions, improve the flow of value, and deliver better outcomes.
