What we’re about
As a kid, I often went beyond the fence of my backyard, into a wide and vast field that I considered to be the true backyard. It was there that I had my adventures, alone or with friends and to this day remain some of the fondest memories from my early childhood.
We would search for firewood, turning over tree stumps and scaring ourselves to death with a gigantic and slimy looking centipede! After it left, would take the wood back to camp and make some amazing BBQ. Often burnt but it didn't matter ;)
Somewhere along the way, I stopped doing that, being a kid and just having fun. I have grown into an adult, quickly as I wanted, free to do as I please, professional yet somewhat boring. This group was created to venture out, be a kid again, go have fun and cherish those moments with like minded individuals.
There will be lots of outdoor adventures and road trips across Ontario and North America. One weekend we could be doing some wilderness hiking and camping at Algonquin provincial park, next in Niagara Falls hiking the gorge and sampling local red wine, follow by a road trip to New York City or for those more adventurous - the Canadian Rocky Mountains!
As we travel and explore new places, it will be an immersive experience; learning about history, culture, picking up new skills and develop lasting friendships as we overcome challenges together. If this sounds like your cup of tea, come out and join us ;)
