Marcus Hairston
Real estate investor for 26 years specializing in buy and hold, wholesaling, fix and flip, property management. Licensed Real Estate Agent, Coach, Mentor, Co-Founder and CEO of Rehabber Pro. Licensed general contractor for 15 years, working with investors, homeowners and business owners on all types of residential & commercial construction projects. Marcus has worked all over Maryland and can speak to many of the challenges of working in different counties. He can share how to navigate the process of working with the permits offices and getting your plan approved. Having completed renovation projects in DC, MD and VA in addition to completing renovations on multi-family and multi-units including self containment conversions.

Ashton McCullers
Ashton is a licensed realtor, contractor and experienced real estate investor. Ashton has experience in a variety of real estate strategies that include buy & hold, fix & flip, commercial and residential construction. Ashton specializes in both residential and commercial construction. Having worked on major renovations projects for Outback Steakhouse, Salad Works and various other commercial establishments. In addition Ashton has taken on various residential construction projects in DC & MD and can speak to the challenges for work in these areas. Ashton will share his knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Denisha Salliey
Denisha is a real estate investor who is focused on wholesaling, fix and flip and building her real estate business. In addition to investing in real estate, Denisha specializes in helping investors and homeowners with their interior design needs. As a team leader and member of Rehabber Pro, she coaches students on deal finding and analyzing techniques. As the owner of Home Couture Designs, Denisha Salliey assists investors with layout, design and creating plans to obtain permits for their renovation projects. She collaborates with investors to create 3D renderings, then stage their properties to get them sold expeditiously. Come get the inside scoop on what you need to know to get your drawings approved and your properties sold faster. Valerie Sanderlin
Valerie A. Sanderlin is the founder and CEO of FocusWorks Construction & Development, LLC and a proud native Washingtonian. Growing up in Washington, DC afforded her a front-row seat to the many changes and growth that occurred in her city related to real property assets. This fueled her astute awareness and passion for equitable representation and ethical practices in the area of real estate. She went on to specialize in the area of affordable housing, purchasing, renovating and managing several single-family homes and multi-family properties in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In addition, she has a specialty focus in the area of acquisition, renovation, and management of properties in the short-term rental space. The trifecta of industry-specific education, earned real estate credentials, and actual boots-on-the-ground work experience makes Ms. Sanderlin a fierce producer of proven and profitable results in the area of real estate investing and development. To date, she has overseen over $27 million dollars in residential and commercial projects.

Leonard Dockins
Leonard has successfully acquired, renovated, and sold multiple Baltimore properties focused on creating opportunities for homeownership. In 2020, Leonard launched Kouture Enterprises, LLC as a legacy platform for Leonard’s daughter, Sydney Dockins. Since then, Sydney has helped transform more than 50 blighted properties into affordable luxury homes for teachers and families, reflecting Leonard’s commitment to mentorship, community development, and building generational wealth. Leonard is actively working on development projects in Baltimore City and is looking to partner with investors, contractors and other developers to take on additional projects to create homeownership opportunities and improve the blight in Baltimore City.
