BYOKB is a free fitness community class for strength and conditioning. Founded and hosted by fitness professional LuAnne Jessop.

This class is ideal for busy parents and working professionals who are looking for a quick and simple fitness routine that requires the least amount of work for your desired results.

We educate people from all fitness levels on safe and kettlebell technique. When Kettlebells are used correctly they are an efficient tool for people who want to build strength and look lean at the same time. They are easy to travel with and easy to use. Most importantly they are incredibly fun for social activities.
