Let's contribute to open source than just consuming them! The model for this meetup group for open source contribution is by taking one project at a time. Let us start with building Python based Bots focused on Industry specific use cases using Microsoft Bot service. Once this open source project shapes-up good, let us take other projects.
The first meetup will provide the base/ground-work to get started with open source contribution. Future meetups will be about presentations from key contributors, sync-up, and updating other contributors and encouraging & learning from each other.
Python Bots using Microsoft Bot Service
In this meetup series, we will focus on developing Industry focused bots using Microsoft Bot service. These bots can later be customized to the extent of making them deployable on Azure using the Azure resource manager templates. Why Contribute/Participate in this Meetup?
Lot of us are interested in contributing to open source. But we often don't know the process, don't have someone to guide on contribution or clarify doubts, and lose the momentum.
All this can be solved by being part of a cohesive group who (a) meet regularly face-to-face (b) continue to discuss/contribute offline (c) get guided by experts and share ideas with peer contributors.

02.00pm to 3.45pm - Discussing the Industry specific use cases for Bots, architecting the bots – Development starts.
03.45pm to 04.00pm - Tea break
04.00pm to 05.30pm –Development continues, Next steps discussed.
