This year a new group is being offered and if you would like to hear about it and ask questions, come along to this meetup evening. It will build on what we did last year and go deeper. The aim is to build a creative and safe container for participants to experiment with active imagination and share dreams within a group context. A first draft of the blurb for the group is as follows:

We will read and discuss Robert Johnson’s book Inner Work which focuses on active imagination and dreams as a way to communicate with your unconscious. Active imagination in particular is a practice that allows for interaction and dialogue with internal figures. Jung used this method and he says it was a source of great wisdom and the foundation for his theories.

At each session we will discuss a section of the book and share our practice. It will be a closed group so we can journey together deepening our understanding and practice of active imagination and dream work. The number of participants will be limited, so don't miss out! We will meet monthly. When we finish the book Inner Work we will move onto the book Jung on Active Imagination which is a gathering of Jung’s writing on the topic. It is preferable for participants to have some understanding of Jung’s work and who can commit to the group for a year.
Please bring $5 to cover cost and if you want to visit the library before the group starts come at 6.30pm.
