🏃‍♂️ The Mission:
We’ll tackle a scenic 7 km loop around Lane Cove National Park, weaving through riverside boardwalks, peaceful bushland, and water-dragon-friendly creek crossings. Pace is conversational (around 6–7 min/km), perfect for social runners or anyone new to trails.
☕ Post-Run Hang:
We’ll wrap up around 9:15 AM at Perilla Café for flat whites, yarns, and weekend plans.
