Wormsloe Historic Site Trail Walk

The Wormsloe Battery Trail has two trails. We will walk the 3.1 loop. To join the walk, you will need either a membership to the Historical Sites of Georgia or you can pay for a day pass at the front gate. You can purchase a historical sites of Georgia pass inside the new Visitor’s center gift shop which is right pass the front gate.
To meet with our group, you will enter the main entrance and drive 1.5 miles down the road lined with gorgeous oak trees. We willl then meet at the picnic area at the end of the road.
Make sure to arrive before the 10:30 AM meeting time to allow enough time to purchase your pass or ticket. We will begin walking at 10:30.
The trail is flat, but be aware of tree roots along the path. You'll be walking in shade for most of the route.
