Come watch Happening: A Clean Energy Revolution followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with experts on solar energy. Happening is an excellent documentary by James Redford about how we can transition to renewable energy and lower emissions. The film focuses on efforts by the utility companies to limit home solar.
The panel of experts includes:
Craig Lewis of the Clean Coalition is a thought leader and activist in the renewable energy space in Santa Barbara and the state.
Eric Schwartz of Lynx Engineering has a pilot program with SCE, Lynx, Savant and others to install over 10 kiloWatts of solar and batteries at his home.
Stephen Honikman of Electriq Power will discuss the Santa Barbara Home Power Program that offers solar and batteries at no cost to qualified home owners.
