D&D Game Day: Dead In Thay

The Red Wizards of Thay have been plotting for months against the Sword Coast, and now their plans have almost come to fruition! Will you oppose their nefarious schemes, and assault the Bloodgate before Thay's armies descend upon Waterdeep?

On Saturday, May 10th, we'll be kicking off the next season of D&D Encounters with a special game day event! Players will take part in a prelude adventure to the next D&D Encounters season. Much like the amazing Vault of the Dracolich game day adventure, teams of players will work simultaneously to bring down the Bloodgate and end the Thayan threat once and for all. Team leaders will coordinate between adventuring parties as everyone proceeds through the same dungeon at the same time, working toward one single goal!

This event, and the D&D Encounters season to follow, will use the playtest rules for D&D Next, the unreleased edition of the D&D rules. Pre-generated 6th-level characters will be available, and players of the previous Encounters season, Scourge of the Sword Coast, may level up their characters and continue the adventure!
