For those who do not know, Cyndy Gallenthin is the wife of LTC (R) George Gallenthin, III. AFTER George deployed to Afghanistan in April 2010, Gloucester County Improvement Authority, agent of Gloucester County and South Jersey Port Corporation filed an eminent domain action to take by force his property in Paulsboro.

Between 2003-2007 while LTC Gallenthin was active duty military, he fought condemnation of his property, and in 2007 New Jersey Supreme Court's decided 7-0 in his favor (Gallenthin v. Paulsboro, 191 NJ 344 (2007) against that GCIA funded scheme.

But, the attack continues at the expense of taxpayers. Cyndy and George have struggled mightily to get the case thrown out but that has not been the case so far. There will be a hearing Thursday August 5 at 1000AM, at the Gloucester County Courthouse, Courtroom 202, Broad Street (Route 45) Woodbury, New Jersey. (flag pole entrance - second floor).
