About us
The C12 Creative Arts Forum was formed in 2020 to create a safe and supportive space for creatives recovering from substance abuse, and sustain a wholesome, personal, community and professional wellness.
C12 holds monthly forums every first saturday of each month. We have since created the M-ind-Pendence Music festival, a platform where artists showcase their talent. M-ind-Pendence 3.0 will be held in December 5, 2026. Themed "Do it Sober", it is another opportunity to experience performance from artists advocating for addiction recovery.
