Ilya Katsov's talk details:
Title: “Customer Intelligence: a Machine Learning Approach”
Abstract: In this talk, we will discuss automatic decision-making and AI techniques for customer relationship management. First, we will present a methodology that helps to develop highly automated promotion and loyalty management systems. Next, we will walk through practical examples of how advanced customer and content signals can be generated using predictive models, and how optimization and reinforcement learning techniques can be used for targeting, budgeting, and pricing decisions.
About Ilya Katsov:
Ilya joined Grid Dynamics in 2009, and since then has been leading engagements with a number of major retail and technology companies. He is currently managing the Industrial AI consulting practice and is the author of several scientific articles and international patents, and also authored a book, “Introduction to Algorithmic Marketing: Artificial Intelligence for Marketing Operations” (2017).
About Prital Ullal:
Prital is Director, Enterprise Data and Analytics for NCR ITS organization. In this leadership role, Prital’s team is responsible for data integration, advanced analytics and data visualization utilizing data warehouse and big data technologies for operational and management reporting. This includes technology and strategy expertise and thought leadership in the areas of business intelligence and Enterprise Data Management. She leads her teams to drive usage of data and analytics to support business critical decisions and enhance NCR’s data-driven culture. She holds a BS degree in Management. Information Systems from the University of Connecticut, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, PMP Project Management Certification and CSM Certified Scrum Master certification. Prior to joining NCR in 2011, Prital worked at IHG, Oracle and Accenture in leadership roles.
About Anqi Zou:
Anqi is a Group Vice President at SunTrust Bank where she oversees talent development and strategy for the Enterprise Data & Analytics Office. In her role, she manages early talent pipeline, develops training programs for data scientists and executives, and hosts events for best practice sharing. Prior to her current role, Anqi spent five years at Bank of America and Wells Fargo in quantitative finance and risk management. She is an active leader in the data & analytics community by serving on boards, mentoring, and public speaking on related topics.
About Prabhakar Narasimhadevara:
Prabhakar lead’s the data science portfolio to support SBD’s effort to grow revenue and drive savings through advanced insight generation in sales, pricing and supply chain. His goal is to help create scalable data driven scientific frameworks to drive optimal near-real time, short and long-term strategic and operational decisions. Prior to joining SBD, he worked Healthcare, Digital Marketing, Distribution, Automotive Remarketing industries. He earned his MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and BE in Production Engineering from University of Mumbai.
