Hoop Workshop - Adults

This workshop is for EVERYONE, whether you have been hula hooping since your childhood days or you have never been able to get the hang of it! When people realize they can learn hoop technique at any age it can be a catalyst for increased learning and exploration in all aspects of life.

The workshop will be a combination of learning proper technique, drills that are accessible for everyone, and exercises to promote individual creative expression. The benefits of hooping span the physical, mental, and spiritual realms but you will have to attend a workshop to find out for yourself.

I will guarantee no one ever left hoop class without a smile on their face.
