VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - It's our 5 Year Anniversary!!!!

5 Year Anniversary Open House - October 14th - 11AM - 4PM

2017 is our milestone 5 Year Anniversary and we are in the planning stages of our annual Open House event.

This year the theme is: The Magic of Making!

We have fun activities planned but we cannot do it without our community. In the past we have had over 3000 people in a day and we need help to make sure that everyone had fun, stays safe, and learns about what makes our community so awesome!

Since this is the biggie, we are holding a meeting for anyone interested in volunteering. There will be sign ups during this time, an overview of what we have planned, what the day will look like, and an opportunity to share your ideas of what may be fun to organize!

What we need:

• Makers to show off/sell their products and what they make.

• Help with waivers and welcome committee

• Street team to help spread the word

• TABC certified folks to serve adult beverages

• entertainment and/or folks to run equipment demos

• and more!
