New Hope Solebury for Bernie Sanders 2020 Kickoff Organizing Meetup

This is the first meeting of the New Hope Solebury for Bernie Sanders 2020 grassroots campaign. We are still waiting on confirmation from the Free Library of New Hope to provide meeting space, but we have plans for an alternative location if necessary. The agenda for the event will look something like the following:

• Introductions and your top 3 most important priorities for 2020

• Questions about Bernie Sanders and discussion of specific policy points

• Plan how to organize in the area - who wants to host a picnic? Who wants to knock on doors? Who wants to find and attend local community events? Who wants to help organize online? Get creative - everyone can contribute in some way. Let's share ideas and decide on task leaders.

• Discuss a potential date and venue for a larger follow up meeting.

• Point for consideration before the meeting: Should this group focus only on New Hope-Solebury, or should we expand this to be a group for all of Bucks County by bringing in more co-organizers?

The only way we pass a 21st Century Bills of Rights is through unprecedented grassroots organizing. Together, anything is possible.
