Scenario Swimlanes - Agile-UX Technique for Planning and Process Modelling

We'll show how Scenario Swimlanes are very different to what most people are used to (with process, workflow and story-maps). You may know about Swimlanes from Process modelling, but these have morphed into Scenario Swimlanes with some key value adds.
There are really no "rules" with this technique per se, but more an approach to maximise the benefits of this technique as a UX design, research and validation tool. We'll share some real-world examples and discuss how they're used in Planning and Process modelling at the strategic, service, product and customer level.
