I am hosting an event, Meeting of the Eyes this Monday the 23rd at 8pm. Location – Jack Astor’s 133 John Street. This workshop will teach you the different communications signals our body makes during any interaction – whether it being social or business.
Your Body Talks. It is that simple. Have you been in conversations that left you feeling confused and in doubt? Perhaps their body language conveyed a different message than their words.
To be a successful communicator there needs to be symmetry between the body and the spoken words. What we feel and think is put on display by our bodies, Frank Burgess summarized it best by saying, “Our bodies are apt to be our autobiographies”
I will show you the power of the eyes and how they reveal true emotion and insight about a person. You will be able to use this information firstly on yourself then observe it in others.
There will be a set number of males and females sitting directly across from one another staring into each other's eyes for a set period of time (i.e. 10 secs, 25 secs, 50 secs, 1 min and 2 mins) All the while switching partners - this will help you understand the different levels of insight displayed by looking into someone's eyes and give you the ability to understand consciously what is going on around you. It is an exciting event to meet likeminded people.

With the excitement of the long weekend, I will also discuss different walking styles.
Now that summer is approaching and everybody is out walking you will have a unique perspective on how people walk and it says about their personality. You will leave the event with thoughts on how you walk - what your walk says about you/other and what the eyes truly convey.
