WEEKEND SOUP KITCHEN

Every weekend our volunteers get together in collaboration with Paris association, L’Assiette Migrante to prepare and distribute hot meals.

Come along for food prep and distribution. Our friendly volunteers will be preparing much-appreciated hot meals, no cooking experience necessary.

When: 14h00- 19h00 Every Saturday & Sunday

We also ask our new volunteers to try and take a "New Volunteer Training Workshop". This workshop is only 45 minutes. It's offered 1x per month online (Zoom) and can be found on the activity page of our website here: https://www.servethecity.paris/current-volunteer-events/

If you are going to be volunteering more than 1 time, or regularly with STCP, you can join the S.A.V.E. program. There is no cost to join the S.A.V.E. program. As a S.A.V.E. member, you have access to all weekly workshops every month, and S.A.V.E. member-only volunteer activities (such as visiting refugee camps, teaching French or English to refugees, participating in our soup kitchen, or our Welcome Clinic for refugees. You may also enjoy working on social impact projects and collaborating with other SAVE program participants.

What is S.A.V.E. Member Program?
The S.A.V.E. Member Program is designed to make us more impactful volunteers and to make our volunteer experiences more meaningful. SAVE offers a combination of theory (online and face to face collaboration workshops) and practice (volunteer activities), and the option to work on social impact projects with other international volunteers.
Each SAVE member can also request a Certificate of Benevolence, and a personalized Letter of Testimonial for your CV, school credit, or personal portfolio.
