Peter Peerdeman - CTO
Peter is a passionate technologist leading a team of talented engineers at Lifely. With a team of 20 they turn business challenges into digital concepts, design, code and devops. Whenever Peter is not high-fiving the team or discussing technical decisions he loves to produce electronic music and take pretty pictures.

Ninya Zoll - Product Designer
Why be a designer if you can be a Ninya? Ninya is product designer at Lifely, after many years of experience at a multitude of agencies. She is responsible for working out creative concepts alongside strategists and development teams into structured, development ready designs that deliver a rich user experience.

Marcel Nahapiet - Strategist, Creator, Storyteller

Creativity is very important in my work and in the way I organise teams. Not only my own creativity, but everybody’s. Because I believe that everyone has creative powers, even if these powers have been untapped as of yet.

In co-creating a strategy, plan, product or channel I use use and mix principles of service design, the creative process, qualitative and quantitative research and teamwork.

A plan or idea is nothing if it is not materialised. It needs to be done in collaboration, by a multi disciplinary team, with the right mandate and entrepreneurial spirit.
This is create for change, a maker’s approach.
