Change leadership is one of the most impactful functions of a TPM. Often the organization does not know that they need to change or more likely how to change. However it must be done in order to develop or maintain a healthy organization and business success.
In this talk, Paul will explain to us how he managed change in his past and current companies, with various degrees of success and failure.
