Experience Bay Area's newest Dance Fitness program KUTHUFIT that combines dynamic kuthu choreography to upbeat South Indian Music. This 60 min cardio workout cycles through high, medium and low intense dance sequences and makes working out so much. Class is tailored to all levels and includes breakdown of choreo and technique for beginners and non dancers.
