We are a group of fun minded folks who like a little fitness and like a little beer. We have a pretty cool history, but mostly we like to have fun. Typically a “hare” (willing volunteer) will set a trail, marking it with flour, TP, and chalk. Trails are typically 3-5 miles and can be set on all roads “road rage”, all off-road “shiggy”, or somewhere in between. Every trail endswith beer. (You don’t have to drink, but sometimes it helps.). Cost is usually $2 per r*n if it is BYOB to cover expenses like orange food for the ending or more (up to $10) if beer and real food is provided. We have walkers and runners, so all levels of fitness are welcomed.

We end with a circle or trail trial where mistakes made along the way are called out. We sing a few [vulgar, rugby type] songs and of course, drink beer. We have crazy nick names, and some odd traditions, but mostly we’re all right.
