Is your team genuinely successful?
In 2014, studies showed that 42% of Agile projects are successful, although that's three times better than traditional projects. However, 9% of Agile projects fail using Agile, and 49% are late or over budget.
Combining nine Patterns with the Scrum framework could help teams achieve Hyper-Productivity, more than a 400% increase in velocity over a team's initial rate.
Join me while I share my experience implementing these patterns from the standpoint of an Individual contributor and later as an Engineering manager.

With over a decade of coding experience, starting from high school and continuing through my degree in Computer Science, I am an accomplished professional in the field. I recently joined Blip.PT as an Engineering Manager, where I am excited to contribute my skills and expertise.

Throughout my career, I have always had a passion for tackling challenging programming problems and finding innovative solutions. While my focus leans more towards solving complex technical challenges, I also have extensive experience in the e-commerce industry. During my previous role at Farfetch, I spent almost ten years honing my skills in areas such as ETLs, Search Engines, and Emprise platforms. Notably, I played a crucial role in the runtime catalog, delivering features like 90-minute delivery and contributing to the platform's geo-distribution revolution. As a Lead Engineer, I successfully implemented promotional landing functionalities and made our platform auto-scalable.

In my current position as an Engineering Manager at Blip.PT, I am committed to driving excellence and fostering a collaborative environment for the team. I thrive on leveraging my technical expertise to guide and support my team in delivering outstanding results.
