Are you in the business of helping people? Of course you are even if you don't deal with customers face to face. Anyone can benefit from improving their customer relations which ultimately improves the bottom line.

We'll cover basic and advanced pointers for customer relationship management. We'll have a question and answer session as well. We welcome open dialogue as business owners from different backgrounds and in different industries can offer some surprising tips you never even thought of.

We will also be covering:

-Customizing your CRM to your business
-Tracking the full customer life cycle
-Improving sales forecasting
-Protecting your customer data
