Join us at 1300 Grand St. at the Home of Truth in Alameda, for a Inquiry Group using The Work of Byron Katie.

The Work is a simple, yet powerful self inquiry process of four questions to investigate and question stressful thoughts. By doing the work together, we support each other in finding peace and freedom from stressful thinking.

We are an open group whether you are new to The Work of Byron Katie or already familiar. We welcome you!
