Yoga at Haven

Join us for our monthly summer yoga night for entrepreneurs. This month we'll be led by Black Swan and Practice Yoga Instructor Adam Meringolo, one of our favorites! Our yoga nights aren't exclusively for the ladies, so don't let that deter you.

Even if yoga usually isn't your jam, we highly encourage you to come check this out! We've designed these nights for all levels, so please don't skip out if you haven't practiced before, or it's been awhile.

Bring your mat, we'll be practicing inside at our new office location. Parking is available out front on the street.
