Rust Meetup Sofia - 1st Edition

Hello fellow rustaceans!

We are happy to announce our first event!
We've prepared a couple of more theoretical lectures about macros and async programming in Rust. They will be presented by guest lecturers - Aleksandar Angelov and Lyubomir Gavadinov respectively.

Aleksandar is a veteran of 10 years, with experience in game and graphics development, and overall low-level programming. He has worked in companies like Coherent Labs and is currently heading the development of Chaos' VRay for GPU renderer. Moreover he is a frequent computer science lecturer.

Lyubo is a true beast with long standing experience with distributed systems, network protocols and servers. He has worked in Amazon and AWS where he got into Rust. He's also an author of Rust courses in Udemy and is currently writing a book on the subject.

The organizers work professionally with Rust in the areas of cryptography and blockchain:

Antoni is an engineer at Fractal: zero-margin protocol which defines basis standards for a fair exchange of user data.

Georgi is an engineer at Manta: a decentralized project which uses zkSNARKs to achieve algorithmically private blockchain transactions.

PS: - There will be requirement for green certificates due to the Covid situation.
