Gabby Ortman on Algorithms to Assemble a Genome

This will be PWL KC's sixth meeting since starting in September of 2019.

Our presenter is Gabby Ortman, a software engineer based out of Westport, KC MO and she will be presenting on some of the algorithms behind assembling a genome!

The basis of her presentation is based off of "Comparison of the two major classes of assembly algorithms: overlap-layout-consensus and de-bruijin-graph".
