What is the Original Yoga System :
Original Yoga System is the ancient, original form of yoga, that is a personal development system with 8 steps (ashtanga). In our days the word "yoga" is overly used and some classes offered using the name of yoga became mere gymnastics or acrobacy classes. That is why Yoga Academy with the International Yoga Federation decided to use the word "Original Yoga System" to redefine what yoga really is in its original form.
The Original Yoga System is a complete Yoga program that includes Breathing Exercises, Bioenergy Techniques, Asanas (postures), Concentration-Meditation and Relaxation. It is a universal self-development system and a path to self-discovery available and adapted for everyone.
