Agile development is about continuously improving the quality of our work and our software product, and improvement requires learning. Testers new to agile wonder what new skills they might need, but even testers with long agile experience have something to improve. Agile teams commit to delivering high-quality software. What do they need to learn to achieve their goals? Where do we go to learn the technical and thinking skills that will help us succeed?
Participants in this workshop will use brainstorming techniques to identify things we need to learn about agile testing, as well as resources that will help us acquire these necessary techniques and abilities. We'll learn from each other, and share our outcomes with the larger agile community.
