Embedded Linux; Xnix on Mobile Phones

With Android, Nokia's offering, Palm's offering, the iPhone, and countless other useful devices running some Unix variant, I think it would be cool to explore what's out there, the communities based around these products, and consider which platform(s) are most worth pursuing.
