Deciding in the browser

We are going to try something a bit different for this event and even more hands on. We have invited along a representative from a small charitable organisation to provide an in person briefing on a project they are looking for help with. Following the brief we will be dividing up into teams of 3 or 4 with the aim of creating a working design in the browser by the end of the evening. Each team will consist of several roles that people can adopt based on their skill level: interviewer, sketcher, coder and possibly observer. Our charity representative will be around for the whole evening to act as product owner and teams will be encouraged to go to him for decisions and feedback.
