Facet Kite Building Workshop

April 25 is World Penguin Day

What could possibly top that, hard to say but the Central Florida Kite Club is giving it a shot. On this most prestigious day at 10:00am (kiter time) our little colony is building kites and doing some indoor flying. We will be meeting at the Salvation Army in Orlando to build a facet kite (and the bag to store it in), cost is a mere $25 to cover all material, all you need to bring is a sewing machine and willingness to have a great time (if you don’t have machine let us know we should be able to find one for you to borrow). April 15 is the deadline to contact Pat Mozier to reserve your kit. Those not interested in building are still invited to come and enjoy the fly.

World Penguin Day is gonna be hard to beat but this should have a real good chance - see you there.
