Meditation in NYC: Vedic Meditation + Group Sit + Dinner

Meditating alone is restorative; meditating together becomes dynamic—especially in times of global conflict.

This event is a group meditation in NYC for those practicing--or interested in--Vedic Meditation: a simple, effortless technique that allows the mind to settle into deep rest—releasing stress, restoring clarity and expanding creative energy. No focus--on the breath or otherwise--required.

For beginners or those uninitiated into Vedic Meditation or TM, you're welcome to attend a free intro chat at 5:45 to learn an overview of the technique. Established meditators can arrive for group at 6:30 or just before.

Vedic Meditation is a non-efforting practice where thoughts are allowed—making it accessible even for those who find other forms of meditation difficult.

Join a warm, thoughtful community—new and experienced alike—for an evening of:

• Introduction to Vedic Meditation and its philosophy
• Silent group meditation
• Conversation and reflection
• Nourishing Ayurvedic dinner

This is a space not only to meditate, but to connect, reflect, and reset.
