En esta edición de Forward hablaremos de la implementación de los procesos de selección y colaboración de los equipos de recruitment y el de producto para mejorar procesos y metologías.

Talk: Bárbara Iranzo, Talent Acquisition Specialist, nos hablará de sus experiencias en la actuación como partner con candidados y candidatas y equipos tech: Experiencia del candidato y candidata, comunicación con el/la Hiring Manager y trabajar en conjunto con ambos/as.

Talk: Pablo Carranza, Head of Engineering en Cabify, y Sara Pérez, Technical Recruitment Lead en Cabify, nos hablarán sobre cómo el equipo de producto y recruitment han colaborado para crear e implementar el proceso de selección de producto en Cabify, cómo funciona el proceso y las mejoras que siguen implementando para automatizar, aumentar throughput, y mejorar la experiencia del candidato/a.

Nota: Las ponencias de este Forward serán en Español. Después de las charlas tendremos pizzas y cervezas! Además, habrá pizzas veganas y vegetarianas también!

Talk: Pablo Carranza, Head of Engineering, and Sara Pérez, Technical Recruitment Lead, will talk us about how Product and Recruitment have collaborated to implement the product recruitment process in Cabify, what is the process about and the improvements they keep implementing to automate, increase throughput, and optimize the candidate experience.
