What to Expect:
🖌 **Henna Ritual (5:00–6:00 PM)**Enjoy sacred body art as a form of beauty and intention. Henna connects us to ancient feminine traditions and celebrates creativity through intricate patterns and symbolism.

💃🏽 **Storytelling Through Dance (5:30–6:00 PM)**You’ll be gently guided through Kathak, a classical Indian dance form rooted in rhythm and grace. With expressive hand gestures and grounded footwork, we’ll explore how dance can become a way to embody your personal story.

🌿 **Cacao Ceremony + Visioning (6:00–7:00 PM)**Together, we’ll share ceremonial cacao, meditate, journal, and create vision boards to plant seeds of clarity and intention. Cacao is a sacred heart medicine known to expand creativity, deepen insight, and awaken connection.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable but colorful clothes for light movement
• A journal + pen
• Any images, quotes, or materials for your vision board
• An open heart and a willingness to play, reflect, and connect
