In the middle of the magical forests, we invite you to join the rhythm of nature and experience “forest bathing at the summer solstice”. Immerse yourself in the green oasis of silence, feel the warm rays of sunshine on your skin and listen to the gentle rustling of the leaves.

“Forest bathing” is much more than just a walk in the forest. It is a healing experience where you connect with nature and immerse yourself deeply in the peace and power of the forest.

As we gather on the summer solstice, we celebrate the culmination of the solar cycle and the fullness of summer. The summer solstice has always had a special meaning in many cultures. It marks the longest day of the year and symbolizes the peak of solar power.

Meditations, rituals and floating boats decorated with flowers and candles round the event off.

Each participant brings flowers, branches or something similar to decorate the boats. A blanket and yoga mat, water bottle, flashlight and warm clothing are also required.
