Our Sauna Ceremony is a consciously held ritual space,
a threshold between retreat and renewal.
A space for cleansing, clarity and deep inner exhale.

What this space offers
We gather in warmth and presence at the UHU - Urban Healing Unit,
an intimate sauna space in Berlin that feels more like a cozy living room than a traditional spa.

This day includes:

• A guided Cacao & Blue Lotus Ceremony
• Ritually accompanied sauna infusions
• A shared guided meditation
• Conscious connection and community
• Time to relax, release and recharge

The sauna journey moves between heat and cooling, activation and rest.
An invitation to listen to your body and follow your own rhythm throughout the day.

This is a sober, respectful and digital detox space.
No prior experience is needed.
