Want to build your very first Android app? This beginner-friendly workshop will guide you step-by-step through creating a simple, working Android application using Java — taught by a professional Android app developer with over 5 years of coding experience.

What to Expect:

• 🌱 Beginner-Friendly – Perfect for those with a little bit of programming knowledge, even if you’ve never built an app before.
• 💻 Hands-On Learning – Follow along on your own laptop (Windows, Mac, or Linux). Windows is preferred, since that’s what the instructor will be using.
• 📥 Downloadable Materials – All workshop materials will be available online for you to keep and practice with after the event.
• 📱 Real Device Testing – We’ll enable Developer Mode on an Android device and run the app you build.
• If you have a spare Android device, please bring it.
• If not, the instructor can lend one for practice.
