What do we do?
A philosophical dialogue or a practical philosophy workshop where we will work on conceptualization and have fun along the way

Why do we do it?
Thinking for yourself requires a conscious and active effort.
Otherwise, people tend to adapt their thoughts to their ideology and beliefs. And then, being right becomes more important than getting closer to the truth.
A serious mistake!
During my second year at university, I realized how much philosophy could contribute to individuals and to society. Philosophy is not just theory!
That is why I wanted to take it out of the academic environment and bring it into the public sphere, so that anyone could benefit from putting it into practice.
Here is an opportunity for everyone.

## How do we do it?

### Three basic guidelines:

1. Think about the idea you want to convey, organize it, and prepare it so that you can express it in one or a few sentences that make it easier for participants to understand. Think before you speak.
2. Avoid interrupting the person who is speaking.
3. Wait for your turn to speak.

### The philosophical dialogue

We begin with a question that invites reflection, chosen from among the suggestions made by participants and/or the moderator.
From there, we engage in an intellectually stimulating dialogue, thinking about and reconsidering the topic from new perspectives with the help of all the participants, without the need to reach definitive answers.
Just as an orchestra plays music, I will be your conductor and you will be the musicians. You create the music, and I make sure that every instrument has its space, without discord or one instrument overpowering another.

### The practical philosophy workshop

This is an activity in which we reflect, contribute ideas, and usually have fun while also being surprised by what we discover.

What do we not tolerate?
Arguments based on false premises, unproven facts, or magical elements will not be accepted.
Any form of disrespect, shouting, or disruption of the activity's dynamics as established by the moderator will not be tolerated.

What do we achieve?

  • Develop your logical thinking skills.
  • Learn to understand yourself and others better.
  • Become aware of your own arguments and those of others.
  • Express your opinions and consider new perspectives in a clear and structured way.
  • Understand that wanting to “be right” is not the most important thing.

Where?
We will meet at the restaurant “EL BOU LOMOTECA.” We will have a calm and pleasant environment in which to carry out our activity.
