I started Caffeine + Collagen when I first moved to Austin. I was new to the city and wanted to meet other founders and entrepreneurs.

I went to several events but feel the community connection.

That’s when I thought -you know what? Let me start something that didn’t exist yet in Austin. I knew there was a growing community of beauty founders here, but no one was tapping into it.

Caffeine + Collagen was created for YOU - to bring likeminded beauty founders together, no matter what stage you’re in: visionary, emerging, or ready-to-scale. Whether you’re shipping your first sample or launching your third SKU, this is your room.

This isn’t just a coffee meetup. It’s a space for the conversations that don’t happen on panels or in pitch decks.

What started as a simple idea - getting beauty founders in the same room - quickly expanded. Now we’ve got ops, AI, finance, and digital storytellers showing up. People building and supporting the beauty space in smart, generous ways.

And that’s one of the things I love about Austin: the friendliness, the openness, the willingness to try something new.

Heading into our third event, it’s taking off. Friendships are forming. Collaborations are happening. People are connecting -and staying connected. That’s the whole point!
