Cafh Dialogue and Meditation

Cafh Dialogue and Meditation meets on Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. Each meeting has a dialogue, a discursive meditation, and a brief reading. The meetings offer opportunities to express our thoughts and feelings on topics chosen weekly and a way to share insights that can help expand our awareness and perspective.
