Looking Into Cailleach’s Rose: Talking About Death and Dying

You are warmly invited to peer into Cailleach’s Rose. As Cailleach is a symbol of life and death, her rose provides an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings related to death and dying while making space for a sweeter connection to life. Our time together will include invitations into expressive arts, Soulful conversation, gentle movement for grounding, let go yoga for anxiety release, developed by Linda Go, working with The Grief Deck as well as my own oracle deck related to death doula work. Everything I will offer is an invitation and I graciously accept whatever feels best for you. Every body is welcome! The building had an elevator and all the movements can be adapted. People from all Spiritual traditions, agnostics, atheists! You are all very welcome! People of color and LGBTQIA - you are very welcome!
This work is enriching at any age and any state of health. It can be excellent support for those going through a dying process of loving someone else who is. It’s also helpful to prepare you for that inevitable time when you or someone you know will die or be faced with a diagnosis.
We all go through non-physical deaths too! Breakups, loss of friends, moves, big transitions. This can be a restorative and gentle way to explore those too.
I will tailor what we do to the needs of the group as much as possible. This is not therapy although I am a licensed therapist.
