Meditations @ Cairns Spiritual Centre

I've scheduled this meetup for 5:00pm to allow for a half hour for a discussion on healing and sacred geometry. Members may bring some reading material they feel gives insight on these topics. Ive also made this event indoor because of the enduring wet.

After some discussion, we will aim to begin with essential oils and setting intentions before starting our first healing art of Jin shin jytsu with deep breathing to stimulate the vagus nerve. Afterward, will move onto a clearing practice which aims to activate the third eye and then we will begin the first in a series of meditations...

Our evening agenda:

✨ Grounding with 3 simple Jin shin energy holds (SELs) to unblock and release our natural healing energy

✨ Beginning exercise: body and sound checks, clearing & activating the Third Eye with Pineal Gland Tuning Fork & to hang drum and rain music

✨ Journey to the Stars: a spoken word meditation to sci fi ambient music

✨ Visualization Meditation Mountain Forest River Journey & The Kaleidoscope Technique based on mental imagery and sound

✨ Circle medicine: break for sharing & discussion

✨ The Silva Ultramind Technique by Vishen Lahkiani

✨ Circle medicine: 2nd break for sharing & discussion

✨Final meditation: Higher consciousness with Deepak Chopra

✨Negativity or disrespectful attitudes are not tolerated by this group. We have peaceful intentions raising our positive vibrations through discussion, star gazing and meditation.
