CakePHP Meetup Berlin Autumn 2017

For the fifth CakePHP meetup we have 3 talks planned so far.

• Mark will introduce the IDE helper plugin and
• give us an outlook on CakePHP 4!
• David will talk about "Case study: refactoring a legacy application with CakePHP".
